Two Lippy Ladies offer free tracked courier within New Zealand for all orders* totaling $100 or more. Orders under $100 are charged at a flat rate of $6.
* Due to the bulky nature of our Sun Jellies totes we are unable to ship them internationally and charge a $20 surcharge to the South Island.
We ship within New Zealand using tracked non-signature courier services. We use Courierpost for the most part and Pass the Parcel for rural delivery and larger orders. Both courier companies offer nationwide delivery in 1-3 working days. Orders paid for prior to 2pm Mon – Fri will be couriered that day. Orders paid for after 2pm will be shipped the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and over the weekend are shipped on Monday afternoon.
We email or message you a tracking number for your order at the time of shipping. If you do not receive your tracking number in your inbox please check your junkmail folder. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact us. All items should reach their destination within three working days and we like to follow up immediately on the rare occasion that items are not delivered in a timely fashion.
Please provide a secure address for delivery. If an item is delivered to the address provided and then goes missing we cannot offer a refund.
We do not charge extra for rural delivery. However, we do ask that if you have a rural address you correctly state this in your shipping address. This helps us to choose the best shipping option for your address and also prevents unnecessary delays.
We offer Saturday delivery as an upgrade to our regular Mon-Fri courier service. When choosing the Saturday option please first check here to see if you are served by a Saturday driver in your area. We cannot offer Saturday delivery to our rural customers.
We ship internationally using Courierpost tracked services. We charge a flat rate of NZ$20 to Australia and NZ$60 to the rest of the world.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your international order to arrive. Please do contact us to track your order for you if you are worried it has not arrived.

Two Lippy Ladies offer no-fuss returns on our clothing. If for any reason you wish to return your clothing you may do so as long as you make contact with us and post your item within seven days, worn only to try on, in brand new condition with the tags on. You will be entitled to a full refund or exchange.
We do not accept returns on sale items or on items that have been on lay-by for longer than our six week layby period.
We do not accept returns on non stock items that we have ordered in from our suppliers especially for you.
If you have used the Laybuy or Afterpay payment gateway your refund will be less their 4.75% admin fee.
Return shipping is at your own expense. Two Lippy Ladies will pay shipping to you up to twice per transaction (on orders over NZ$50).
Overseas customers pay shipping on exchanges.
In person purchases
If you purchased our clothing in store, at an event or other such occasion where you had the opportunity to try the clothing on first, then you may only return the clothing for repair or refund if it is defective.
Other Two Lippy Ladies products
Non clothing items from Two Lippy Ladies may be returned for a full refund or exchange if they are faulty or imperfect.
Returning items to Two Lippy Ladies
If you need to return your item to Two Lippy Ladies please pack it in two layers of plastic. It is a good idea to use the bag that it came in and then the post bag as well. We do not put packing slips inside our bags so please write a note to go with your return.
We ask that you return your unwanted items within seven days. All return post is at the customers expense. Please track your return items.

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if the item is returned in unsaleable condition.
We do our best to offer good fit advice to our customers – however you may still need to return the item after trying it on – even after seeking our advice return shipping will still be at customer expense.
Paying by bank deposit
Payment by bank deposit is handled through the secure POLi payment gateway. This service is free for our customers to use and you don't need an account.

We do not accept payment by cheque.
Two Lippy Ladies offers traditional lay-by in store only. A deposit of $25 or 20% (whichever is greater) is required at the time of purchase with six weeks to pay the balance from the date of deposit. You may cancel your lay-by for a refund (less a $25 admin fee) at any time.
You are expected to make regular payments. If no payment or contact has been made after three weeks we will contact you to make sure you wish to proceed with the layby. If no further contact is made your layby will be cancelled and you will be refunded (less the $25 admin fee).
You may extend your lay-by period by agreement with Two Lippy Ladies. However, if you pay your layby off after the six week period you will not be entitled to return or exchange your items – this will be offered at the discretion of Two Lippy Ladies.
Once you have received your lay-byed item the same return conditions apply as per a regular order.
Two Lippy Ladies do not offer holds. All orders must be paid for at the time of purchase.
